Przemysław Mitraszewski

managing partner

Co-founder of Lighthouse. He is an expert in information management during crisis. He has successfully executed more than 350 crisis projects related to financial frauds, employee accidents, workplace harassment accusations, sexual harassment, and blackmail. He is an author of many publications on crisis management and “Crisis Management Approach Process”, a methodology of preparation for crisis management. He has been an advisor to BRE Bank, BMW, BZWBK, Orange, PKN ORLEN, PZU, and T-Mobile among others.

He is a Board Member of the Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association and a jury member of Złote Spinacze Awards competition. He teaches crisis management at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and the Gdańsk University of Technology. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Technology and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Jarosław Bańda

managing director

A corporate communications expert, Jarosław Bańda specializes in strategic planning of communications. His experience comes from working in communications consultancy as well as on the client’s side. In Lighthouse, he works mostly with clients from the energy and financial sectors. Before joining us, he held the post of Deputy General Manager in Edelman Polska agency where he had the opportunity to work for PKO BP, Allianz Bank, Coca-Cola, 3M, Shell, Vattenfall, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, and European Commission Representation in Poland.

Earlier, he was the Head of PR Warsaw Trade Office in Polpharma SA. For more than two years, he led the external communications of Pekao SA bank where he was responsible for CSR, sponsoring, institutional relations, and corporate identity.

Magda Zwolińska

partner

Magda Zwolińska specializes in projects related to crisis management and reputational risk. She has worked as an advisor during crises such as strikes, downsizing, breakdowns, product withdrawals from the market, workplace harassment, legal disputes, work accidents, social protests. Apart from managing existing crises, she develops tools for monitoring reputational risks and preventing crisis. She is also involved in leading workshops and simulations on crisis communications management.

She has worked for companies from various sectors such as energetics, pharmaceutics, commerce, finance, insurance, real estate development, and FMCG. In 2013 and 2016, projects carried out by her teams received the Złoty Spinacz Awards for Anti-Crisis/Crisis Communications and Financial PR/Investor Relations.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Political Science and International Studies where she specialized in media marketing and public relations. She has been working with Lighthouse ever since the company’s foundation. Before that, she worked for e.g., Spin Communications. She has almost 20 years of experience in the PR sector.
