Przemysław Mitraszewski
PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD

Founder and Managing Director of Lighthouse. Member of the Management Board at LPP SA. For over 20 years, he has advised executive boards, supervisory boards, CEOs, and business owners on building a desired brand image, managing reputation, driving sales growth, and navigating through periods of change. His portfolio boasts a track record of several hundred issue & crisis management projects. Przemek has been actively involved in communication for multi-billion-dollar investment projects, market debuts, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also an expert in family businesses and business succession.

Przemek is an author of industry publications, like the “Crisis Management Approach Process” methodology, which serves as a comprehensive guide for effective crisis management. He shares his expertise through teaching crisis management courses. He’s currently a lecturer at the SWPS University in Warsaw and the London School of Public Relations. In the past, he was a guest lecturer at the Poznań University of Economics and the Gdansk University of Technology.

For more than a decade, Przemek has been supporting the development of the Polish PR industry, serving as both a Member of the Board and the President of the Public Relations Consultancies Association (ZFPR). He sits on the Public Relations Ethics Council. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw School of Economics, and ICAN Institute.


Jarosław Bańda
VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD

Vice President and Co-owner of Lighthouse. A corporate communications expert with nearly 25 years of industry experience. Specializes in strategic communications planning, with expertise in change management, crisis & issue management, and sustainability. Jarek combines consulting expertise with in-house experience gained at major corporations including Polpharma SA, Bank Pekao SA, and PGNiG. Prior to Lighthouse, he served as a Deputy Managing Director at Edelman Poland. Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.


Piotr Mitraszewski
SENIOR PARTNER

A seasoned expert in branding, communication, and business relationships. Piotr serves as a mentor to both top executive teams and individuals transitioning into leadership roles. He leads coaching sessions and programs that help shape the roles of key figures within organizations. He combines sensitivity to soft skills like empathy, communication, and active listening with a pragmatic business mindset, offering guidance on delegating responsibility, career development. He works closely with boards and leadership teams, crafting change communication strategies that ensure smooth implementation of leadership initiatives. Navigating complex challenges and organizational shifts is second nature to him. His flexible approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique goals and priorities.

He has successfully collaborated with companies across various sectors, including energy, finance, insurance, FMCG, technology, pharmaceuticals, and fashion, leveraging his extensive experience to drive results.


Magdalena Zwolińska
PARTNER

Magda specializes in crisis management and reputation risk projects. She has provided strategic counsel during various crisis situations, including strikes, workforce reductions, technical failures, product recalls, workplace harassment cases, legal disputes, workplace accidents, and social protests. Beyond managing active crises, she develops customized tools for clients to monitor reputational risks and implement crisis prevention measures. She also conducts workshops and simulations focused on crisis communication management.

Her client portfolio spans multiple industries, including energy, pharmaceutical, retail, financial services, insurance, real estate development, and FMCG. Her team’s projects have been recognized with Golden Paperclip Awards (Złote Spinacze) in Crisis Communication and Financial PR/Investor Relations categories in 2013 and 2016.

She holds a degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Warsaw, with a specialization in media marketing and public relations. She was one of the first employees at Lighthouse and previously worked at companies such as Spin Communications. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the PR sector.


Joanna Jędrasik
HEAD OF DIGITAL

With over a decade of experience in digital communication and PR, gained in both Polish and international agencies, she has a strong track record in the industry. As the CEO of Walk Digital, she led a multidisciplinary team of experts across modern communication (strategy, creative, social media), media, and technology. In her work, she combines cutting-edge solutions like artificial intelligence with the core values of effective communication.

A seasoned expert in the digital landscape, she specializes in developing comprehensive communication strategies that integrate online and offline channels. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, from content marketing and performance campaigns to complex e-commerce projects and digital brand transformation.

She has partnered with leading brands, including Grupa Adamed (and the Adamed Group Foundation), USP Zdrowie, ORLEN, Coca-Cola, KFC, Chevrolet, L’Oreal Groupe, Nikon, Volkswagen Group, Obi Polska, and many others. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed numerous projects that integrate traditional PR with digital innovation, always focused on delivering measurable results.


Michał Kwietniewski
UNIT DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY

Communication expert with a impressive portfolio of projects created and successfully implemented for top institutions and companies in the technology, financial, and industrial sectors. With over 18 years of experience in strategy development, crisis management, organizational change communication, and public relations, he has worked both in agencies and on the client side. He has overseen communication efforts across the CEE region, managing international teams and projects. His teams’ work has been recognized with industry awards, including the prestigious Golden Paperclips (Złote Spinacze). He has collaborated with major organizations such as T-Mobile, UBS, KIR, HP, Amazon, PayPal, DHL, CES, Alcatel-Lucent, PIIT, PIKE, Vectra, Warta, Colonnade, the European Commission, and the European Parliament.

Earlier in his career, he was involved with NGOs, including the Batory Foundation, the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy, and the Schuman Foundation. He also worked at PRIMUM PR and Clue PR, where he managed the corporate department and supported strategic initiatives for the agency’s leadership.

Always ready to take on new challenges, he is an avid reader and occasional runner, deeply connected to his sons, his dog, and the mountains.
